Enjoli M. GonzalezM.S.Ed

Is a native of Rochester, New York. She has a breadth of experience in education, across all grades and content areas. She currently serves as Assistant Principal at E.L. Haynes Public Charter school, focusing on teacher development and school culture. Enjoli is excited about assisting Director Wade in making a difference in our young men's lives.

Peter N. Smith

Is a highly qualified, seasoned professional educator who received his B.S. in Mathematics and a Master's in Educational Leadership with an emphasis on school administration. Mr. Smith has served as a high school math teacher, an assistant principal, principal and head of school for grades K-12th. Over the past 30yrs. Mr. Smith has served as an consultant for developing school leaders as well as for school improvement, leadership mentoring, school evaluator and recruiting. Mr. Smith believes all students have the potential to succeed and lead high quality lives as well as uplifting their respective communities.
