The Royalty Institute of Leadership is a school for young men of color in grades 9-12. Our mission is to prepare the leaders of tomorrow through leadership development and innovative skills training.

How we serve?
At Royalty our goal is to better the world. We do that through filling the gap in every way we can for our community. This includes events and resources such as:

Community Service
Job Skills Training
Financial Literacy Courses
Youth Athletics Teams
The Royalty Mentorship Program
All of this is in addition to the institute for young men of color, scheduled to reopen July 2022.

Your contribution to the Royalty Institute of Leadership and Innovation provides the Royalty Experience to a young man whose life circumstances have made him unable to afford attending the Royalty Institute. In addition, Your contribution will also go towards community programming, directed towards improving the communities we serve

$600 a month provides a young man of color the opportunity at a life changing experience in leadership development and innovative skills training
Sponsor A Camper -
Give a young person grades Kindergarten - 8th Grade attend the Royalty Innovation Nation Summer camp, and take part in a life changing summer experience that includes:
Leadership Development,
Innovative Skills Training
Field Trips Including (The Smithsonian Discovery Theater, College Park Golf Range, The Museum of African American History and Culture and more)
Academic Enrichment
Athletic Training
Sponsor A Mentee - The Eyes to The Sky mentoring program is a four component program, providing:
